Aida has over 30 years of experience in finance and administration. With her experience as a financial controller and her knowledge in mentoring, she is a good source of motivation for our younger team members. Aida possesses the skillsets in setting up policies and standard operating procedures which help our organisation to be more process-based and organised. Aida ensures that Tiger is always in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

Ioannis is an accomplished electrical engineer with over 28 years of experience in conventional and renewable energy power systems. He brings with him a rich experience in small scale hybrid (diesel + solar + energy storage + renewable energy sources) power systems (<1 MW) as a key personnel operating a micro grid as a public utility service. He is responsible for the day-to-day technical operation management, directing internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget whilst maximising performance from the outset.

Lyn has over 15 years of experience in the Philippines telecoms industry as a Site Acquisition (SAQ) Coordinator, Power Coordinator, Technical Installation (TI) Coordinator and Documentation Controller. She has successfully traversed, delivered and completed nearly a thousand sites working with both the network operator side and the service provider side. Her hands-on approach, experience, network and positive attitude will contribute significantly to the success of Tiger in the Philippines.

Reian is a civil engineer by profession with over 14 years of working experience regionally. He has been successful in delivering of full turnkey rollouts in his previous assignments. His skillsets in tower design, foundation design and construction management will help Tiger achieve the optimal balance of cost and quick delivery to our customers.

With over 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Pau has performed multiple roles starting as Network Operations Centre (NOC) Supervisor before working his way up to Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager for tower operators. He has managed to improve fuel efficiency and overall network availability of thousands of sites through RMS performance, RMS data visibility and system automation. His main task in the Philippines is to ensure an efficient and seamless tower rollout.

Carlos is the legal executive of the company. He provides support and advises the management on legal matters. He has a positive attitude, accountability, versatility and a strong commitment towards his work, His mindset of having a resilient and uncomplaining spirit in the face of adversities and challenges is what motivates others around him and him a stronger team player. Carlos is responsible for implementing procedures complying to the Republic Act No 10713 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the company’s compliance to all prevailing and relevant laws in the Philippines.

Juvy has an extensive accounting background in the telecommunications industry. Juvy performs accounting procedures and manages daily financial activities for the business. She gives her support to accounting managers and senior accountants while providing important services that benefits the company.

Kent is our Administrative Executive who confidently support all team members in the daily work. From document control, preparation of paperwork, handling enquiries, logistics and schedule management of senior team members.
