After the successful negotiation of a master lease agreement, each project typically begins with the allocation of sites by network operators. Starting from interaction with our client’s network planning department, we will study every search ring to map out the overall future colocation potential before accepting the sites. Our professional Site Acquisition team will expeditiously set out to ensure that all necessary documents are in place and correctly filed with relevant authorities before commencement of further works. Whilst permits or licenses are being obtained from the relevant authorities for a tower site, our civil Engineering team will conduct soil tests to determine the appropriate tower and foundation design for the site. Procurement are made in batches to optimize cost and delivery to sites. We will engage with reputable local Logistics provider in anticipation of the Construction phase. After receiving clearance from the authorities, our in-house quality administrative and legal teams will verify the authenticity of the approvals before giving the green light for civil engineering works to begin. Immediately after customs clearance, the towers will be transported to site after an inventory check is completed at our logistics hub. Upon completion of tower erection, the tower will be checked by our quality assurance team for structural integrity before it is declared fit for installation of antennas and other equipment. Regularly scheduled Site Maintenance & Security by our regional hubs is an important aspect of keeping the facilities safe and conducive in an optimal operational state. Our annual Bolts Tightening, Verticality Correction, Rust Prevention program helps to prolong the useful life time of our tower and ensures that all our towers are structurally sound. Power outages can occur at any time without warning for a variety of reasons. Our proprietary cloud-based Network Monitoring monitoring tools with diagnostic functions can identify likely causes of errors and perform ‘self-healing’ or automated system recovery procedures before our 24/7 Network Operations Centre decides to dispatch technicians to the site. We screen our partners very carefully to ensure that their team members are well-trained in maintaining Generators, Hydrogen Fuel Cells, Solar PV and different commercial energy storage technologies.
